Pre- and post-natal workshops

New free* workshop: MummyFlow, Sundays 10-10:45.

A relaxing session, learning beneficial stretching techniques to reduce the risk of injury, improve posture, decrease back pain and improve mobility and flexibility.  

What you’ll need:

  • comfortable clothing
  • yoga mat
  • water

This is an extra workshop which will be ran alongside:

MummyMovement: Fridays, 09:45-10:45

In this workshop you will learn the correct movement patterns alongside strengthening exercises that will help you prepare for labour, birth and motherhood.

What you’ll need:

  • comfortable clothing
  • yoga mat
  • small wall space
  • water

You do not need equipment, but if you have any we can include it in your session.

Free stability ball

Both workshops can be attended to redeem your free stability ball. Attend four workshops within two months of the first. 

Both workshops are suitable for pre and postnatal women, a friendly and relaxed environment, take the session at your own pace.
